AN INVITATION TO GET INVOLVED
Change Through Chance invites you to help out. As a nonprofit organization, CTC exists because of the time and generosity of others throughout Wayne and surrounding counties.  We appreciate your continued interest and support.

VOLUNTEERING

There are many opportunities at Change through Chance for volunteers ages 12 and up.

Barn volunteers assist with care of the horses.

Sidewalkers (ages 14 and up) help students and instructors during class sessions.

Additional volunteer opportunities include assisting with annual fundraising events.

DONATIONS

Opportunities exist for individuals, families, church groups, clubs, schools and businesses to take an active role in providing support in what ever way possible. Because CTC has 501(C-3) status, all donations are tax-deductible. We will be glad to provide you with a signed statement verifying your donation.

We hope you will consider some of the many ways available to you with CTC, whether it is through contributing financial support or volunteering your time to help our clients of all ages and disabilities. We encourage you to become a “member” of the CTC team.

Adopt A Horse
Help CTC Care for These Special Animals

Come together to help feed and care for our special horses. Consider getting a group together at work to “adopt” one of our caring, loving horses. Talk to your company to see about corporate office matching the employees’ contributions. Or get a group of families in your neighborhood or church to consider “adopting” a horse. By adopting a horse for $1200 a year, you will buy feed, hay, veterinary and special farrier services to keep one of our special horses healthy and happy. If you and your group “adopt” a horse, we will send you a picture of your special friend. Call 330-264-3959 for horse “adoption” information.

Scholarship Fund
Provide Opportunities for Our Clients

CTC is dedicated to providing the benefits of therapeutic riding to anyone who wants to participate in our program, regardless of their ability to pay. Our scholarships allow us to serve anyone who would benefit from our program. CTC is committed to providing services to all clients.

The scholarship fund allows CTC to cover the costs of lessons and special therapeutic equipment for clients. Scholarship donors will receive a number of benefits to emphasize the vital importance of your generosity to our program.

Honor Someone Special
Give a Gift That Will Last

Is there someone who has made a difference in your life, someone that you would like to pay tribute to? CTC provides an opportunity to for you to do this by donating directly in honor or memory of that person.

You may choose to mark a special event such as a birthday or an anniversary. Or you may wish to remember a deceased friend or loved one. CTC would be honored to be the recipient of a gift in honor or memory of that someone special.  If you would like more information, please contact CTC at 330-264-3959.
