Jennifer Gadsby
Program Coordinator & Certified NARHA Instructor

Jennifer has a bouyant love of horses and is an enthusiastic instructor.She has been a NARHA instuctor since 2004, earning her certifcation at the Cheff Center in Michigan. She is a horse owner and loves teaching at Change through Chance.

Michael Pope
Certified NARHA Instructor

Michael Pope is a Certified NARHA instructor and has a career in youth mentoring, having served with the Village Network and sheltered workshops.

Christina Herrick
Certified NARHA Instructor

Christina Herrick recently completed her training with our program and became a Certified NARHA instructor.  She is the newest member of the Change Through Chance team.

Crystal McClintock
Volunteer Coordinator

Crystal grew up riding horses and brings three years experience as Volunteer Coordinator for another therapeutic riding center.  She also has experience as a volunteer, assisting in therapeutic riding classes.

Clark Howell
Equine and Facility Manager

Clark Howell brings 40 years of experience to Change through Chance. He has a gift for rehabilitating horses and training their owners. He is a mentor of troubled youth.
